The targets realization assigned by Alexander B. Kobersky, the President of the Group of companies Alfa-Inform, LLC” for the team in the meeting in September, firstly influence the quality and the amount of services provided by company subdivisions.
During the traditional quarterly meeting there was not only summarizing of the previous year activities but also targets assignment for the most important fourth quarter of 2008. The present autumn is special – it not only precedes the year of 2009 – it is primarily the year of 10th anniversary of the company. In fact there was a summary of the passed ten years and assigned targets indicated the strategy of the Group of Companies “Alfa-Inform” for the period of the second decade of the XXI century in the meeting in September.
What has the company achieved by its anniversary?
In April of 1999 when the company of “Alfa-Inform, LLC” was created, there were only 3 people in it. When we hade to make a choice - how to build our business – we had no two opinions – we had to work honestly, legally and decently. The life proved that we had made a right choice. The firm was transformed to a huge group of companies – a leader in the security services market.For today the Group of companies “Alfa-Inform, LLC” consists of:
- informational agency;
- association of private detectives;
- legal services;
- collecting services;
- private security firms.
Authority of all declared services is proved by all the necessary licenses and all the work is held according to acts of private detective and security activities. Today the Group of companies has more than one thousand people in its staff schedule, more than three thousand standing customers for more than 25 countries of the world. It is the only holding of security having administrative and management structures in one office on the territory of the business center “Pollars”.
The Group of companies “Alfa-Inform, LLC” is situated in modern offices equipped according to the present time and current tasks. Complex approach is one of the main components of our success: a complex of services provided by our company is not unique by its list, its unique nature includes cooperation of all the structures of the company for problems solviation, internal resource mobilization, multilevel but not massive quality control system. We are practicing the questioning system of our customers for the purpose of our work estimation. In PSFs objects of “Alfa-Inform” new systems of remote control over the staff is widely intruded that allows controlling from the duty officer’s desk in any place of the world.
Regarding informational and commercial services: with starting up of a new office (not later than 2008) the production resource will be increased up to 45% that consequently influence quality, time and quantity index of our activity.
