A question: Who will have finally the advantage of adoption of a new trade act (except public officials)?

to my mind all that is adopted not for good of small-scale and medium business development goes to good of existing legislative and executive bodies. Creation of this draft law is connected with a state wish to increase taxation and to boost the tax coffers by additional charges from small and medium business.Many companies can face numerous difficulties: firstly documentation amount increasing for business development and license, secondly increasing of state structures establishment which will control and inspect commercial activities.It will put the breaks on business and will be a profitable aspect only for owners because generally speaking controlling block of stock will prove that the owner is the state. And those small “LLCs” obligatory included to the state corporation will not have a special profit. In addition to it according to my estimates network business will displace small business. Corruption development is one more negative moment. Moreover as we know the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation will be V.V. Putin who is a founder of struggle against corruption. But speaking honestly for the 8-year period of his governing we haven’t mentioned it.
