It will not be a big exaggeration if we say that history of Private Security Firms (PSF for short) is history of human civilization. Primitive hunters were the first warriors and guards. In spite of the fact that from those times we became cleverer, more experienced, organized, much more equipped, security and protection functions was still one of the main in life of any human society, moreover for the commercial organization.
So, let us try to answer an eternal question: “What to do?” We mean the situation – what to do when you have what and whom to protect, it is the issue of organization. Please pay your attention to policy of HR allocation and promotion (a respectable PSF will not offer unlicensed personnel to customers), control system under the objects (it should be understandable and clear for a customer), pricing policy (to have cheap services is not always good - a respectable firm will not offer unclear and non-official forms of payments for services) Diversification of a security firm indirectly proves its power because professionals will not promote services that they know nothing about. A self-respecting company representing security services will not put up prices, it will always offer the necessary and sufficient minimum of services and equipment, it will not force up diagrams with watches lasting for weeks.
